Privacy policy

This policy explains what Aiorbust collects when you use the Service, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It sits alongside our Terms of use. Aiorbust is based in Canada and handles personal information in line with Canadian privacy law.

1. What we collect

Account details: your email address, and your name and picture if you sign in with Google.
Membership and billing: your licence status, credit balance and purchase history. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store them.
Your files: the images and videos you upload, the results you generate, and the settings you used.
Usage and technical data: which features you use, errors, and the basic information every web request carries, such as IP address and browser.

2. What we do not collect

API keys for your own provider accounts (such as RunPod, Vast.ai, KIE or WaveSpeed) are kept in your browser tab and sent only with the request that needs them. We do not store them.

3. Why we use it

to run the Service: process your uploads, deliver your results, and keep your balance;
to take payment and check your membership;
to keep the Service secure, and to enforce our Terms of use;
to contact you about your account or significant changes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your files to train AI models.

4. Who it is shared with

Only the service providers that run parts of the Service for us, such as hosting, database and file storage, payments and email, and only what each one needs. When you run a tool on your own provider account, the files for that request go to that provider under their terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to report illegal content.

5. Where it is stored

Our providers may store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local law.

6. How long we keep it

Final images are kept for 90 days and intermediate stage frames for 14 days. Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and as long afterwards as the law requires.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing aiorbust@gmail.com. We will answer within 30 days.

8. Security

Files are kept in private storage and shared only through links that expire. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect a problem.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
