Terms of use

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. The Service is not for anyone under 18. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older.

• One account per person. Do not share it or your licence key.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Give us accurate information, and tell us at aiorbust@gmail.com if you think your account has been misused.

• Some features are paid for in credits, bought through our payment processor. The price is shown before you confirm.
• Credits are not refundable once they have been used.
• If a generation fails and nothing is delivered, the credits charged for it are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Membership bought through a third party (for example our Skool community) is also subject to that platform’s own terms.

Some tools run on accounts you hold with third-party providers, such as RunPod, Vast.ai, KIE or WaveSpeed. Those providers bill you directly, under their own terms. Aiorbust is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for their charges, their availability, or what happens on machines you rent from them.

API keys you enter are used for the request you make and are not stored by us. You are responsible for keeping your keys and those accounts secure.

You must not use the Service, including the RunPod templates and course workflows we provide, to create, upload, request or share:

• Minors: any imagery that appears to depict a person under 18 in a sexual or suggestive context, whether or not the person is AI-generated.
• Non-consensual deepfakes: the likeness of a real person, celebrity or private individual, in sexual or NSFW content without their consent.
• Anything illegal where you or the person depicted live, including content that harasses, threatens, defames or exploits anyone.
• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

You also must not:

• try to get around our limits, credits or security, or access another member’s account or files;
• resell, redistribute or publish our templates, workflows or course material;
• reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing service;
• overload, disrupt or attack the Service or the people using it.

Content that appears to sexualise minors will be removed, the account closed, and the material reported to Cybertip.ca and law enforcement.

You keep whatever rights you have in what you upload and what you generate. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including the consent of any real person who appears in it. AI-generated output may not be protected by copyright, and similar output may be produced for other users.

Final images are kept for 90 days and intermediate stage frames for 14 days, after which they may be deleted. Download anything you want to keep. We are not a backup service.

The Service, its software, workflows, templates, course material and branding belong to Aiorbust or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own work while your account is in good standing. Nothing else is transferred to you.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Any member found sharing, requesting or promoting illegal content, on the Service or in our Skool or Discord communities, will be permanently banned without a refund.

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI output is unpredictable and may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing it before you use or publish it. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result or income will follow from using it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aiorbust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover Aiorbust against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and significant changes will be announced on the Service. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which Aiorbust operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring them elsewhere.
